Scorpion Therapeutics is launching a 2027 Finance Leadership Development Program in El Paso, TX (and Juarez, MX) with two international rotations and extensive finance exposure. The program includes five weeks of training and hands-on experience across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and more.

You will gain leadership experience while rapidly adopting AI tools and modern ways of working. Base pay starts at $87,800 per year, with eligibility for a performance bonus and sign-on

Qualifications

• Dual U.S. and Mexican citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or fifth-year master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (earned between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027).
• GPA 3.0+ and examples of leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Willing to temporarily relocate within the U.S. for a rotation.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.

• Complete a 30-month FLDP with hands-on rotational assignments, formal training, and ongoing coaching.
• Two rotations: 18-month first rotation (El Paso, TX / Juarez, Mexico) supporting MedTech Supply Chain; 12-month second rotation (New Jersey/Pennsylvania) supporting Innovative Medicine, MedTech, or Corporate segments.
• Complete five weeks of training led by internal/external experts.
• Build experience across finance areas including Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Finance Solutions & Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or fifth-year master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field (earned between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027).
