Job summary

Qnity is seeking a strategic Global Finance Manager to support the Kalrez business, a fast-growing global unit generating $300-$400M in annual revenue. This role provides financial leadership, forecasting expertise, and decision support to drive profitable growth.

As a member of the Kalrez Global Leadership Team and Electronics Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in business planning, governance, and strategic initiatives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering roles.
• Strong experience in planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP & GM Kalrez to drive strategic financial leadership.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Provide timely analysis and insights on performance and key drivers.
• Support complex decisions with financial modeling and governance.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance across the function.
