Qnity seeks a Global Finance Manager to support the Kalrez business, providing financial leadership, forecasting, and decision support for profitable growth. You will partner with senior leaders across a global organization and drive planning, governance, and performance insights.

The role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years in finance, strong communication, and a track record of influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering roles.
• Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to VP & GM, Kalrez.
• Partner with Global Leadership Team to support strategy and growth.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deliver timely analysis and insights on performance and drivers.
• Support complex decisions through financial modeling and decision support.
• Ensure accurate results, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on planning and governance.
• Contribute to enterprise finance initiatives related to systems and data quality.
