Job summary

Accudyn is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead accounting and financial operations across its manufacturing footprint. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance and strong internal controls.

You will partner with executives to drive strategic planning, manage treasury and risk, oversee payroll and inventory costing, and mentor the finance team in a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Lead accounting and financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and analysis.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships and currency exposure.
• Oversee payroll, inventory accounting, standard costing, and financial systems.
• Mentor and lead finance team; partner with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed financial reporting processes for Accudyn Products, Inc. and subsidiaries.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasting; deliver monthly reporting packages.
• Serve as primary contact for external audits.
• Support strategic planning, capital investments, acquisitions with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain to improve profitability.
