Job description

The Sr Financial Analyst – Global Supply Chain Finance supports financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Hologic’s global supply chain. This role owns global inventory reporting and insights, supports M&A integrations and divestitures, maintains reporting hierarchies, assists with standard costing and markup table updates, and contributes to budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis. The role partners closely with Operations, IT, Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to improve processes, reporting, and analytics.

Knowledge

• Supply chain, manufacturing, and operations finance
• Inventory accounting, cost accounting, and working capital management
• Standard costing, revaluation, and intercompany markup processes
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• ERP and planning systems, preferably Oracle and Hyperion
• Reporting hierarchies, data structures, and financial governance

Skills

• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Cross-functional project support and prioritization
• Reporting automation, dashboarding, and process improvement

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $128,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
