Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Director of Global IT Commercial Solutions in a hybrid San Diego role. You will shape the technology strategy powering global commercial operations, lead cross-functional delivery, and drive modernization across CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and eCommerce.

You will collaborate with business leaders to translate GTM goals into impactful tech initiatives. With 12+ years in IT and 5+ years leading global teams, you will manage investments, governance, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, marketing or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS Information Systems).
• Certifications such as Salesforce, PMP, Agile/Scrum are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Commercial Solutions technology strategy.
• Lead roadmap, delivery, and modernization of platforms for commercial ops.
• Oversee integrations across CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, and marketing tech.
• Partner with business leaders to drive automation and analytics.
• Build and mentor a global team of IT professionals.
