Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a Director of Finance in Grand Rapids to lead all aspects of financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring U.S.

GAAP and IFRS reporting integrity, managing month-end/ year-end closes, consolidations, audits, and risk management while guiding ERP/CRM systems (SAP).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, financial planning, and business analytics.
• Experience working with SAP ERP and SAP CRM systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical service organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, consolidations, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS and maintain internal controls.
• Partner with Operations, Service, Parts, Sales, and HR to improve financial performance.
• Manage treasury, working capital, and reporting systems improvements using SAP.
