stow Group, based in Adairsville, GA, USA, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting across U.S. entities.

You will collaborate with US leadership and European headquarters to support planning and strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes full-cycle accounting, project-based accounting, intercompany transactions, and US tax compliance while driving internal controls and KPI reporting in a manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial management, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Percentage of Completion (POC) / Project-Based Accounting.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, multi-state tax compliance, treasury, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ERP experience; SAP R/3 preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a (start-up) manufacturing environment is required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting for sales & manufacturing entities.
• Manage project-based accounting, including POC, revenue recognition, costs, and profitability.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax requirements including sales and use tax.
• Lead treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and FP&A.
• Prepare financial reports and KPIs; provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain internal controls and adherence to Group policies and local laws.
• Collaborate with US leadership and European HQ on performance and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
