The Adecco Group is partnering with a manufacturing client to recruit a full-time Controller for the Grand Rapids area. The role leads accounting and financial reporting, drives month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while coordinating audits and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 6+ years leading accounting teams, CPA preferred, and experience with SAP/Sage in manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience leading accounting/finance teams in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financials.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and communicate risks/opportunities to leadership.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership on business decisions.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
