Job summary

Standex Engraving in Fraser, MI seeks a Senior Finance Manager, North America to lead FP&A, budgeting, and reporting for US, Canada, and Mexico. You will manage the NA accounting team, ensure SOX compliance, and drive integrations with SAP and OneStream while partnering with operations and executives to improve P&L performance.

You will own forecasting, KPI design, and variance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring accurate financial information reaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience with FP&A and leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, internal controls, and GAAP in multi-entity environment.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP) and consolidation tools (OneStream).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making; self-starter.
• Excellent communication and partnership with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own NA FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Lead and develop the NA finance/accounting team; set expectations and performance.
• Oversee month-end close, internal controls, and SOX compliance; ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing across US/Canada/Mexico.
• Support SAP integration and design a common North American P&L; drive ERP/AI improvement projects.
• Partner with operations and executives to translate financial data into decisions.
