Job summary

Sensiba LLP seeks a Controller to oversee accounting for US and international entities, including Australia and Ireland. The role reports to the CFO and leads a ~13‑person finance team, driving accurate reporting, strong controls, and treasury management across global operations.

You will partner with senior leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and strategic initiatives, while advancing a scalable, automated finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for US and international subsidiaries.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Ensure policies, controls, and compliance across entities.
• Drive process improvements and automation in finance.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
