Job summary

Sensiba seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and treasury for US and international operations. You will lead a team of about 13 and report to the CFO, shaping strategic finance initiatives across the firm.

The role emphasizes strong technical accounting, leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement, with opportunities to automate and standardize processes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and treasury for US and international subsidiaries (Australia and Ireland).
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure consistent accounting policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and leverage technology (AI).
• Partner with CFO to develop scalable global treasury practices.
• Lead billing processes across services (audit, tax, consulting).
• Mentor a team of ~13 accounting professionals (including two direct reports).
• Support FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
