Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and treasury functions for US and international subsidiaries, including Australia and Ireland. You will drive close processes, policy consistency, and scalable finance operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will mentor a team of 13, manage a hands-on global finance function, and partner with leadership on strategy and automation initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for US and international subsidiaries.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain consistent accounting policies, controls, and standards.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Improve processes and automate where possible; leverage technology.
• Oversee international treasury operations and cash management.
• Partner with CFO on budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead and develop a team of about 13 professionals.
