You will partner with senior leadership, drive financial strategy, and coordinate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across global locations to support growth. The ideal candidate will coach a diverse finance team, strengthen controls, optimize capitalization plans, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Proven leadership partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to leadership and partner with the GM by integrating financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights guiding strategic decisions and opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
• Develop analytical tools and financial data to produce high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across global locations.
• Prepare and present concise financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to drive financial and operational performance.
• Oversee capital expenditure plans and alignment with strategic initiatives and performance goals.
• Identify financial risks and implement global controls and compliance.
• Evaluate systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across finance operations.
• Drive the implementation of technology solutions to streamline reporting and operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
