Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting skills.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and internal controls.
• ERP experience and exposure to system conversions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, HR and IT with a hands-on leadership style.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on financial decisions.
