Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required; Great Plains experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and cash management functions.
• Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements.
• Manage ERP systems (Great Plains) and optimize financial workflows.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and internal controls.
