IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Finance Analyst in Sycamore, IL. You will lead BI reporting and analytics across Finance, collaborating with FP&A, Controllership, Operations and IT to improve data quality and automate processes.

You will design scalable reporting, validate data, and translate Finance needs into system improvements, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Finance analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, Excel and data modeling skills.
• Experience with finance systems and data reconciliation.
• Ability to partner with FP&A, Controllership, Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced communication, documentation and facilitation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting for Finance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and data models.
• Develop reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX, Excel, and OneStream.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Finance transformation and automation initiatives across systems.
