Job summary

3dMD in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Support Engineer for in-person, on-site work. You will support the 3dMD product portfolio, perform installations, provide customer training, and coordinate with global teams to ensure uptime. Expect travel and flexible late-day hours to support US West-Coast time zones.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent experience, are customer-facing, and can lead or coordinate cross-functional work. Windows, CAD tools, and basic scripting help.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Technical/Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support, field service, or installation role is a plus.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales product support, production, installation, and customer training.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and online access; document interactions.
• Coordinate with customer teams to ensure successful installations and ongoing uptime.
• Travel 10%–30% for installations and training as needed.
