Job summary

MAK Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Support Engineer for distributed 3D simulation. The role is located in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related experience.
• Experience interacting with customers in a technical role.
• Experience with Windows and Linux development.
• Ability to read and understand C++ code.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests from customers daily.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and sales across the company.
• Occasionally deliver product training to customers.
• Engage with customers to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
• Travel 2–3 weeks per year to sites or conferences.
