Job summary

MyVenue in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support the successful delivery of global Field Services projects by coordinating schedules, logistics, documentation, and communications across internal and external stakeholders.

You will maintain calendars and resource schedules, coordinate weekly meetings, manage deployment logistics and project records, and provide administrative support to the Director, Field Services to ensure smooth execution of operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in coordination, administration, operations, or project support.
• Strong experience coordinating schedules, logistics, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Field Services calendar, resource schedules, deployment activities, and project milestones.
• Coordinate weekly Field Services meetings, including agendas, logistics, action items, and minutes.
• Communicate schedule updates, deployment changes, and key operational information to the team.
• Coordinate deployment logistics, including hardware ordering and delivery tracking, project documentation, installation information, and deployment materials.
• Maintain departmental documentation and records, support project completion and handovers, and elevate scheduling or operational issues to the Director, Field Services.
