Job summary

Dover Corporation’s Maag/Gala team seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality technical support for gear pumps, filtration, and pelletizing systems across locations. You will travel domestically and internationally, install, troubleshoot, and train customers, and collaborate with engineering and sales to provide customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently travels nationally and internationally to service Maag/Gala equipment.
• Interacts with customers daily to provide solutions to issues.
• Provides training to customers at Maag/Gala facilities or client sites.
• Represents the company and collects feedback for improvements.
• Participates in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities.
• Supports engineers, manufacturing, parts and sales to develop customer-focused solutions.
