Job summary

M&O Perry Industries is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites. The role requires travel and on-site start-up, with collaboration across Production, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful service delivery.

Applicants should have experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic fundamentals, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs or equivalent.
• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic fundamentals; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in field service engineering.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; good communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site start-up and training; FAT procedures.
• Diagnose operations issues and supply parts feedback to Engineering.
• Work with Production, Engineering, Sales, and customers with minimum supervision.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ISO QMS; support process improvements.
