Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join our service team. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in the field, working with PLCs, three-phase motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

The role is permanent, full-time, with extensive travel and opportunities for growth. You will provide on-site technical support to clients, document service activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Field Service Technician experience.
• Extensive knowledge with PLC, three-phase motors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proven experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment (PLC, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate service records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed during field operations.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve machinery efficiency.
