A leading packaging solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain flexible machinery. This role involves extensive travel across the United States, offering a dynamic work environment where you will enhance your technical skills and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a Technical degree, at least 3 years of machinery repair experience, and a strong focus on customer service. Excellent communications skills and proficiency in Windows and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machinery repair.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the US.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, repair, and troubleshoot flexible machinery.
• Ensure inspection and operational specifications are met.
• Provide factory floor support while not on field service.
