Job summary

Doble Engineering seeks a Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and technical support for high voltage test equipment at customer locations worldwide. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, conduct scheduled repairs, and document service visits with detailed reports.

The role is based at the Accident, MD office and reports to the Service Manager. Travel to domestic and international locations is required, with focus on calibration and preventative maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in electrical technology, electronics, or equivalent training.
• 0-1 years of experience in field service or related roles.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and signal generators.

Responsibilities

• On-site analysis and repair of high voltage, high current test equipment.
• On-site calibration and preventive maintenance service.
• Prepare and deliver quotations for varying customer service requests.
• Maintain detailed service reports and logs of maintenance activity.
• Direct interaction with customers and coordination of scheduling.
