Job summary

Doble Engineering is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide maintenance and technical support for Doble equipment at customer locations. Located in Accident, MD, this position involves on-site analysis and repair of high voltage test equipment, calibration, and the training of customers.

Required qualifications include an Associates Degree in electrical technology and 1 – 3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using various electrical test tools like oscilloscopes and multi-meters as well as solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers preferred.
• Familiar with high voltage, high current test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site analysis and repair of high voltage test equipment.
• Calibrate equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide training and telephone support to customers.

Skills

Ability to professionally communicate with customers

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Proper use of electrical test equipment

Education

Associates Degree in electrical technology or electronics
