Job summary

Doble Engineering seeks a Field Service Technician based in Accident, MD to perform on-site maintenance and repair of high voltage test equipment at customer locations, domestic and international. You will calibrate, diagnose faults, and prepare service reports documenting actions taken.

You will travel to worldwide locations, work independently, and interact with customers to coordinate maintenance and scheduling, with opportunities to log technical details for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in electrical technology, electronics, or equivalent training.
• 0-1 years of experience in field service or maintenance.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• On-site analysis and repair of high voltage, high current test equipment.
• On-site calibration and preventative maintenance service.
• Prepare quotations for stock parts and services.
• Provide telephone support and document communications.
• Interact directly with customers.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers.
• Replace faulty components with approval.
