Job summary

CORE LABORATORIES LP seeks Service Specialists to install and test manufactured instruments at customer sites, provide training, and troubleshoot on-site from installation through commissioning. You will work with CLI Engineering on design and testing, and handle maintenance and testing prior to shipping.

Significant travel, domestic and international, is expected. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.
• Knowledge of reading mechanical and electrical drawings required.

Responsibilities

• Install manufactured instruments at customer site, solo or as part of a team.
• Train customers on operation of instruments.
• Collaborate with CLI Engineering on design and testing of instruments.
• Test instruments before shipping to customers.
• Troubleshoot manufactured instruments on site or remotely.
• Perform maintenance of instruments at customer locations.
• Assist with installation, training and commissioning with customers.
• Other duties may be assigned.
