Job summary

Omni One is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service clients across the United States and internationally, with a focus on electrical troubleshooting of PLC-driven equipment, robotics, and hydraulics. The role includes installation, setup, and on-site training at customer sites.

Travel up to 75% is required, including overseas assignments. Excellent communication and customer support skills are essential for developing new business and maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international).
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and HMI and ability to read Ladder Logic.
• Experience with hydraulics-related equipment is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assist in electrical troubleshooting and support of equipment driven by PLCs, robotics and hydraulics.
• Assist in large-scale capital equipment installation, set up and training at client sites.
• Testing and maintenance on equipment when not traveling to client sites.
• Aiding in service-level agreements and travel to sites to provide maintenance as needed.
• Assisting sales with new customer development.
