Job summary

TRESU Americas, a subsidiary of the TRESU Group, seeks a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to install, repair, and optimize TRESU products across the Americas. Travel to customer sites and remote support will be required, with emphasis on USA, Canada and Latin America.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background, hands-on repair experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and fluent English communications to support customers and document service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education/work experience.
• Hands-on repair and installation experience with components and assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong English communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and service TRESU products at customer sites.
• Assess and address customer needs during visits.
• Read and communicate technical drawings accurately.
• Document and report information to customers and colleagues.
• Record, analyze and interpret test data from field work.
• Travel in the U.S. and internationally (approx. 60%), with focus on USA, Canada and Latin America.
• Provide remote support as part of the global helpdesk, including after-hours.
