TULU is seeking a dynamic operations leader to own Service Delivery across North America and Europe. You will manage field labor, routing, purchasing, repairs, and customer support, guiding supervisors and an international team.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, scalable processes, and automation through AI-driven workflows. You will work directly with senior leadership, own budgets, and drive service improvements that impact partner renewals.

Formación

• 3–6 years in operations, strategy or generalist roles at a high-growth on-demand business.
• Direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated budget management skills; managed budgets and costs.
• Analytical depth: model cost per building, labor utilization, repair vs replace.
• Customer instinct: understand that missed visits show up in renewals.
• Build-the-system instinct: automate repetitive tasks.
• AI fluency: used AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Bias for action: set strategy and execute with minimal supervision.
• Clear, direct communication with team and partners.
• Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Willingness to travel across North America and Europe.
• Experience at DoorDash/Uber/Lyft/Instacart or proptech/hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Service Delivery end-to-end: field labor, routing, purchasing and restocking, repair and maintenance.
• Lead an international team from day one through supervisors across core service delivery and CX.
• Improve service levels and reduce cost as the portfolio scales.
• Set ownership and develop your people, building a system-driven function.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Ensure timely resident and building support and issue resolution.
