Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Technical Field Specialist to coordinate in-field programs, guide field operators, and ensure operations align with requirements from Field Operations Manager, Operations Lead, and Client Program Managers. The role supports cutting-edge work at a top-tier technology company and involves hands-on data collection and device configuration.

Responsibilities include preparing pilot requests, charter creation, training, testing device and backend setups, and rapid issue

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or 2–3 years of testing or support experience.
At least 1 year QA testing or technical support experience with mobile apps.
Familiarity with mobile/web technologies and tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate intake, staffing, and scheduling of new client pilot requests.
Write pilot project charters and validate operational workflows.
Document and validate workflows; train in-field operators.
Conduct trial runs and validate device performance and backend connectivity.
Partner with client staff to debug and resolve field issues; escalate when needed.
Open and track bugs with client personnel and ensure data transfer to backend systems.
