Job summary

Sieve is building out international field operations to support on-the-ground data collection and local team formation across priority markets. This hands-on role requires launching operations, hiring in-market staff, and turning early efforts into reliable, scalable processes.

Based in or relocating to San Francisco, you will travel as needed and collaborate with SF product and ops to ensure smooth execution, quality, and compliance as we expand the program.

Qualifications

• Direct on-the-ground operations experience, ideally expanding teams internationally.
• Track record hiring and managing field staff (contractors, vendors, or full-time).
• Willing to travel internationally and relocate if needed; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Stand up international ops: launch on-the-ground operations in priority markets.
• Hire and grow local teams: source, hire, onboard, and manage people in-market; build the staffing model as volume grows.
• Own day-to-day field execution: manage logistics, quality, scheduling, and vendor/partner issues.
