Chainalysis is seeking a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for our global Field Marketing team. You will own systems, logistics, and processes to keep events running smoothly and campaigns properly attributed, supporting regional leads across time zones.

You’ll manage Coupa end-to-end, build campaigns in Splash with multilingual pages, coordinate shipments and run-of-show docs, and maintain CRM hygiene for accurate pipeline attribution, while reconciling

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations or event coordination essential.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events across regions.
• Strong detail orientation with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end event logistics, from planning to run-of-show documentation.
• Manage Coupa processes: POs, vendor onboarding, and invoicing tracking.
• Build and maintain campaigns in Splash with multilingual pages and timely Salesforce attribution.
