Octave is seeking a growth-minded marketing leader to drive regional field marketing across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and US. This role combines global team leadership with direct responsibility for US field marketing and collaborates with regional sales leaders to establish consistent processes and KPI tracking.

The candidate will foster measurable growth in the CAD software market, lead cross-regional teams, and develop go-to-market plans that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-technology product companies, with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success driving growth through market development, customer acquisition, or account expansion.
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographic regions.
• Knowledge of CAD/engineering markets is a plus.
• Experience executing integrated regional and global marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills linking marketing to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to work with matrixed organizations, partner channels, and direct sales teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages for EMEA or APAC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field marketing teams and promote shared learning across regions.
• Align regional marketing priorities with global strategy, growth goals, and OKRs.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to create demand and support revenue growth across channels.
• Increase partner-sourced pipeline by strengthening distributors and resellers.
• Gather regional intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform global strategy.
• Manage regional investment allocations based on priorities, market potential, and performance.
• Establish global field marketing processes, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.
• Track and analyze regional marketing performance and report insights.
