Job summary

Unity is seeking an enthusiastic events professional to join our Global Events team. This AMER based role will manage the planning and execution of field marketing events for our Ads and Programmatic business in North America, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales to hit goals and priorities.

You will own event logistics end to end—from venue sourcing and vendor management to registration, on-site execution, and post-event reporting—while maintaining budgets and timelines and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field/experiential marketing with sales alignment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with shifting priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of field marketing events across the Ads and Programmatic business.
• Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving events.
• Lead all planning and logistics including venue sourcing, vendors, catering, A/V, and on-site execution.
• Own event registration and attendance tracking and post-event reporting.
• Oversee event budgets and reconcile expenses with Finance.
