Responsibilities

• Own installation of new tools at customer sites independently and only occasionally require guidance from managers.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex system level problems during installations using standard procedures and BKMs.
• Take full ownership of install administrative tasks such as field service reports and progress updates.
• Travel 80-90% domestically and internationally to customer sites.
