Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to join the Global Revenue Enablement team. Based in Austin, TX, you will build and deliver field-facing enablement for our Observability portfolio across North America, EMEA and APJ, focusing on coaching, training, and content delivery to accelerate sales performance.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and RevOps, manage assets in LMS/CMS, and apply AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or similar role at a B2B tech company.
• Proven experience delivering enablement programs for field sales or customer success audiences.
• Direct facilitation and coaching experience with individual contributors.
• Strong project management skills; able to run multiple programs independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Field Readiness: contribute to global onboarding, run NA/EMEA sessions, assess ramp progress and close skill gaps.
• Coaching & Facilitation: coach reps and managers, deliver live and virtual training.
• Content Development: build and maintain a library of enablement assets, collaborate with designers and SMEs.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps.
• AI-Enabled Operations: use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
