Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field engineering, deployments, or similar hands-on roles.
• Strong software engineering background with autonomy/embedded systems experience.
• Proficiency in C++ development, Python or Bash scripting, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with customers on site worldwide, including up to 50% travel.
• Install, configure, validate, train, troubleshoot, and sustain Hivemind products.
• Create field notes, runbooks, evidence packages, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to route issues.
