Job summary

DeepX Co., Ltd. in San Jose, CA seeks a Technical Support & Consulting specialist to engage with customers, understand their NPU requirements, and provide expert guidance on software and hardware for edge AI devices.

You will lead product demonstrations and workshops, create training materials, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with R&D to improve documentation and product performance for real-world deployments across global customers.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, SoCs, or hardware development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and adapting to rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, offering guidance and in-depth support for NPU products and software.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops, and create training materials for customers.
• Investigate technical challenges from customer feedback, diagnose root causes, and propose practical solutions to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to refine offerings and develop detailed technical documentation.
• Analyze emerging global trends and advance innovation in the AI semiconductor space.
