Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic Global Category Manager, Fiber, to lead category strategy, sourcing, and supplier management across Crusoe Cloud’s data center categories. This is a full-time role, based in Bellevue, WA, with emphasis on cost efficiency, supply resiliency and partnerships across regions.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record with global supplier management in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Evaluate, develop and manage relationships with key global suppliers and ensure delivery timelines.
• Lead negotiation of global supplier contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing.
• Conduct risk management and contingency planning for the global supply base.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for category planning.
• Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify savings.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic global suppliers.
• Promote sustainability in procurement and sourcing operations.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
