This executive role defines and executes program strategies, ensures compliance with federal contracting requirements, and delivers complex, multi-project construction programs aligned with ECC’s long-term business objectives.

• Experience leading large, complex federal construction programs
• Proven ability to implement strategic program initiatives
• Executive-level communication and negotiation with senior government officials

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for large-scale federal construction programs
• Direct execution of programs across planning, design, construction, closeout
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across U.S. and international regions
• Mentor and develop senior program managers and project leadership
• Interface with federal clients and international stakeholders
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets and forecasting revenue
• Establish governance and risk management practices
• Ensure compliance with federal, host-nation, and international standards
• Lead business development support and capture strategy
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement
