ECC seeks a Senior Program Director to lead and expand its federal construction and international programs. The role defines and executes program strategies, ensuring FAR compliance and delivering complex, multi-project portfolios aligned with ECC's objectives.

You will provide enterprise leadership across program delivery, client engagement, risk, and financial performance while guiding teams to achieve operational excellence in domestic and global markets.

Formación

• 15+ years in federal construction or government contracting.
• At least 5 years in senior program or project leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international assignments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for large-scale federal construction programs and portfolios.
• Direct the successful execution of programs across planning, design, construction, and closeout with accountability for technical, cost, schedule, and compliance performance.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across U.S. and international regions, ensuring delivery meets FAR requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior program managers and project leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary executive interface with federal clients, international stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Drive financial performance by managing program budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing costs.
• Establish governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. federal, host-nation, and international construction standards.
• Lead business development support activities, including capture strategy and proposals.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
