Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (IFMA, BOMA, PMP) preferred.
• 10+ years in facilities or corporate operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global facilities and office services across multiple locations.
• Oversee administrative, facilities, and workplace operations.
• Develop and mentor facilities leadership and staff.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance on onboarding and space readiness.
• Support expansions, relocations, and real estate planning.
