Medtronic plc is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to lead capital projects across the full lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring a background in engineering or related fields, with experience in med-tech or pharma environments, and certifications such as PMP or PE being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Facilities Program Management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects and programs including facility infrastructure and workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver capital projects across the full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and manage external service providers to meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Lead projects through business case development, programming, site selection, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Direct and manage external design professionals, construction managers, and contractors to achieve objectives.
• Develop project business cases, manage capital budgets, and monitor expenditures.
