Job summary

You will manage teams across Lilly and external partners, guiding projects from front-end through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/manufacturing capital projects, PE or PMP preferred, and willingness to travel/relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to project management.
• Minimum of 5+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver capital asset programs ($50M+), or workstream of $200M+.
• Coordinate with Lilly and external contractors, ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
