Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Global Production Controller to support an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will manage the efficient processing and tracking of facility maintenance requests, provide exceptional service, and coordinate across a global facilities network.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Associate's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or certification in Construction Management or similar discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and similar software tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter maintenance requests into CMMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with facility managers to input projects into CMMS.
• Assign requests to appropriate personnel, agencies, or teams per established processes.
• Obtain government direction for requests without predetermined execution methods.
• Track work and provide weekly status updates until completion.
• Generate weekly status reports and custom reporting metrics.
• Assist stakeholders with updating project and work request statuses.
• Coordinate with global facility branches to support reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and uploaded into tracking systems.
