Job summary

Impinj, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead global facilities operations, including our Seattle sites at 400 Fairview and Beacon Hill, plus sites in San Diego, Brazil, Finland, and Asia.

You will manage a team of three, own the facilities budget and compliance programs, and ensure safe, compliant, efficient workplaces that scale with the business. This on-site role requires travel (10%) and collaboration with site leads, vendors, and executives to deliver capital projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years facilities management, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience with light manufacturing, lab, or hardware environments.
• Hands-on OSHA compliance program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three and set clear growth paths.
• Build processes and workflows for consistent requests, maintenance, and projects.
• Own OSHA and safety compliance programs and lead investigations.
• Manage hazardous materials handling per EPA and state/local rules.
• Oversee building systems and implement a CMMS-based preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure facility infrastructure meets manufacturing and lab needs.
• Manage landlord relationships, leases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Own operating and capital budgets and forecast/report expenditures.
• Lead facilities projects from planning to completion on time and budget.
• Plan space allocation across office, lab, and manufacturing areas.
