Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking a Director of U.S. Facilities to guide strategy, operations, and ongoing development of our U.S. facilities portfolio, including Louisville, Boulder, Chicago and Madison, with future sites in mind.

You will lead and develop the U.S. facilities team, own major capital programs, oversee Safety and EHS, physical security, and real estate, and ensure facilities operate safely and reliably in a fast-growing environment. Travel limited to Infleqtion’s U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, operations, construction or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site facilities operations.
• Strong people leadership with a track record of developing teams and driving high performance.
• Excellent program-management skills: scope, plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies.
• Experience leading construction, renovation, relocation, or capital-improvement programs.
• Experience developing and scaling facilities systems, processes and operating models.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety) and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with Safety, EHS, regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment including budgets, contracts and vendor management.
• Strong communication, organization and judgment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. facilities operations across four existing locations and future sites.
• Lead and develop the Facilities team with clear accountability and scalable execution.
• Direct construction and capital programs from requirements through closeout with internal and external partners.
• Scale facilities systems: preventive maintenance, work-order management, asset tracking and SOPs.
• Lead real estate, space and capacity planning including lease renewals and future locations.
• Oversee Safety, EHS and physical security, emergency preparedness and access control.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts and vendor relationships to ensure cost, schedule and quality.
