Job summary

Helion is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead planning and execution across our growing portfolio, bridging day-to-day reliability with long-term infrastructure strategy. This onsite role reports directly to the Director of Facilities at our Everett, WA headquarters.

You will lead the facilities operations team, manage the CMMS, asset records, and preventive maintenance programs, and oversee building systems while coordinating with EHS, Security, vendors, and executives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities operations with direct people management.
• Experience in startup/high-growth environments with accountability.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems.
• Experience with CMMS ownership, preventive maintenance, asset management, and vendor oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities operations team with coaching and accountability.
• Own day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites with issue resolution.
• Own CMMS, asset records, and preventive maintenance programs; use data to set priorities.
• Oversee inspections and corrective actions for building systems; partner with EHS and Security.
• Build scalable processes and use metrics to drive improvements.
• Represent Facilities in standups and exec discussions with clear risk updates.
